Applications are invited for an experienced and enthusiastic cognitive neuroscientist/neuroimager to work in the Centre for Speech, Language and the Brain, an inter disciplinary team led by Professor L.K. Tyler. The applicant will work on a project collecting and integrating fMRI, DTI and structural data from healthy and brain-damaged individuals.

The Centre has access to a research-dedicated 3T Siemens MR scanner, EEG and MEG facilities. We currently use a variety of univariate and multivariate analysis on fMRI and MEG data-sets, voxel based structure-function correlational analyses, DTI analyses, and functional and anatomical connectivity analyses.

Applicants should have a PhD, postdoctoral experience with fMRI, DTI and structural analyses, excellent computer programming (especially MATLAB) and statistical skills, and an understanding of the basis of MR imaging. Previous experience in working with patient populations is an advantage. Given the nature of the research, candidates should be native English speakers or fully fluent in English.
